Hey girls...was wondering what resources ya'll use for getting a feel on what's the hottest and latest in country/prim for the upcoming seasons??
I've always wondered where was the best place to gather this info - sometimes I feel like I"m a dollar short and a day late. For once I would like to be in the race so to speak..LOL anyone else feel this way?

Well....I visit other peoples sites to see what their selling and I also read a couple of magazines....Country Marketplace and Mercantile Gatherings. I also go to area craft shows.
Belonging to forums is another great way ~ just asking what everyone is seeing as the trend, what their top sellers are....
Hope that helps!!

with Jen in that I do mostly the same. I do surf the web alot, exp for country items, because you also can get an idea of what's NOT selling, too.
The Country magazines are great for new ideas. There are also some online
websites that can spark your imagination, too.
And, of course if we chat with each other we can get ideas, too. *wink

Looking forward to more ideas...lol

Let's see, I look in decorating magazines, country sampler and marketplace, also country house catalog....I also look in Dept. stores and novelty shops. Usually what comes in late one year will be a hit the next year....Craft shows are also a great place besides the web....Becs
