Actually, it doesn't snow here in Queensland. It's a fairly warm state, but does get cold in winter, but not like in other states. Enough to wear a jacket at times. I have a pullover on right now, and it's almost too warm to wear. Now, if we were still living back in Tasmania, it would definitely get cold enough to need to have the fireplace/wood heater going, and the need to wear warm coats, hats, scarves and gloves. Boy I miss living back there. Here in Queensland though, most houses don't even have fireplaces. I have seen the odd one or 2 houses that have one, but it's pretty rare.
We have had a lot of rain the past few days though. I think it's rain season now, but can't remember for sure, or if that is earlier in the year.
